Note: Most manufacturer warranties require routine inspections by a certified technician.
Terms & Conditions
- If a 15% discount was used for repairs, that amount will be deducted from any refund.
- Once any Gold Star maintenance is performed, the plan becomes non-refundable.
- If you move within the Burnside AC service area, your plan may transfer to your new address
- If you move outside the service area, Burnside AC will provide one complimentary maintenance to the new resident.
- All canceled or refunded plans incur a $50 administrative fee.
- Customer is responsible for scheduling maintenance. Missed appointments void unused services.
- Burnside AC reserves the right to update the terms of the Gold Star agreement at any time without prior notice.
