It was a day long process, but the entire team went above and beyond to meet our satisfaction. We were more than satisfied. Every major and minor detail was well thought out and taken care of beyond both our expectation and satisfaction. We have been Burnside customers since 2001, there’s a reason why we’ve been a customer for over the years and we experienced it fist hand with our new AC system installation.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the problems in detail, along with what steps we need to take to fix them. I called Saturday pm at 8:05. Answering service said they turn off phones at 8. Told her message on thermostat says heat pump not working - code 434. She said someone would call Sunday morming after 8. No call. No call Monday am. I called and was told someone could come out, but gold star program had expired, but she would discount call. Was never notified gold star had expired. We have been customers for almost 31 years and have had gold star since it started. I think we deserve better customer service than we received!

Exceptional customer service! We immediately to through to the office and had a tech dispatched same afternoon. Communications was excellent, not only gave us a very precise arrival time but the tech (Cole) even contacted us to tell us he was on his way. Cole carried out exhaustive diagnostics, identified the root cause of the problem, the fix, but also highlighted a number of other issues we were unaware of. The bottom line is we had a very skilled tech spend a full hour checking everything! We were both super impressed! Cole is a credit to your company. We will be using you guys for all out HVAC repairs/service moving forward. Bob and Jennifer Allen TX
