I called Saturday pm at 8:05. Answering service said they turn off phones at 8. Told her message on thermostat says heat pump not working - code 434. She said someone would call Sunday morming after 8. No call. No call Monday am. I called and was told someone could come out, but gold star program had expired, but she would discount call. Was never notified gold star had expired. We have been customers for almost 31 years and have had gold star since it started. I think we deserve better customer service than we received!

Exceptional customer service! We immediately to through to the office and had a tech dispatched same afternoon. Communications was excellent, not only gave us a very precise arrival time but the tech (Cole) even contacted us to tell us he was on his way. Cole carried out exhaustive diagnostics, identified the root cause of the problem, the fix, but also highlighted a number of other issues we were unaware of. The bottom line is we had a very skilled tech spend a full hour checking everything! We were both super impressed! Cole is a credit to your company. You installed two new Lennox A/C units for me in 2023. Then on January 13, 2025, you installed two new Lennox furnaces and a new thermostat for my upstairs units. You had installed a new thermostat for downstairs in 2019. Again, great service!
