Meghan has been serving customers in the HVAC industry for 3 years. She’s motivated by a deep desire to help others in their time of need. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys karaoke, working out, and drawing. She shares a close bond with her sister, who doubles up as her best friend. A fun fact about Meghan is that she is a nacho-loving vegetarian with a big heart, saying it’s because she likes cows a lot!

Norma has been in the HVAC industry for 9 months and loves working at Burnside for the people she gets to be around every day. She pursued a career in HVAC to continue her passion for dispatching while helping others. Recognized as hardworking and dedicated, Norma gives her all to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter! When it comes to food, she can’t resist Mexican dishes and fresh seafood - delicious!

Bailey has been in the HVAC industry for 7 years, drawn to the opportunity to make homes safe and comfortable. She is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan and loves spending Sundays watching football with family and friends. When she’s not at work, Bailey stays busy with her four children and enjoys cooking, hosting, and catching up with loved ones. Mexican food tops her list of favorites!

With 29 years of experience in plumbing, Michael brings both expertise and dedication to his role as Plumber. Teamwork is huge for him, and he values the collaboration and support that come with being part of the Burnside family. Michael enjoys working outdoors and makes the most of his time outside the job as well, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or having fun with his kids!

Spencer is a Technician who enjoys the family-like atmosphere and the balance of hard work and fun. Inspired by his mom’s work in HVAC, he is excited to grow in his role. Outside of work, Spencer loves food, especially Chef Sun’s Dumplings & Noodles and hopes to try fishing for the first time soon!

As one of our most hard-working techs, James has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years and pursued this career in search of a challenge and as a way to help people. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife, whether that’s going out on a date or just relaxing at home. A fun fact about him is that he plays 9 instruments - now that’s talent!

With 12 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Chris thrives on working with his hands and solving problems. His favorite part about Burnside is the family atmosphere that makes every day enjoyable. Easygoing, dependable, and hardworking, Chris brings both skill and reliability to every service call. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and never passes up the chance to try new food, though Mexican cuisine will always be his favorite.

Aaron has spent 20 years in the HVAC world, inspired by his grandfather, who owned his own company. What he loves most about Burnside? The people he gets to work with every day! Charismatic, brave, and always ready for a challenge, Aaron brings both skill and personality to every job. When he’s not helping customers, you might find him hitting the open road on his motorcycle. Fun fact: his favorite color is pink! And when it comes to food? He’s happy to try anything and everything!

Hamza has been in the HVAC industry since 2019 and enjoys being part of a strong, supportive community at Burnside. He’s quick to remind people that steak should be eaten well done - though his all-time favorite food is BBQ brisket. Hamza brings skill and personality to every job, making customers feel both comfortable and cared for!

Jason has been in the HVAC industry for 13 years and enjoys the challenge that each day brings. His favorite part of the job is working directly on AC systems, where he can put his skills to the test. Known for being hardworking and dedicated, Jason takes pride in getting the job done right. Outside of work, he enjoys riding his Harley and unwinding with his favorite food - Chinese cuisine.

Jacob has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years, starting out as an Installer and moving up to his current role as Technician. His favorite part about working at Burnside is the people, who make every day rewarding. Kind, mellow, and a little goofy, Jacob brings a positive and approachable energy to the team. A fun fact about him is that he’s never broken a bone! Outside of work, he enjoys relaxing at the lake and unwinding with his favorite meal: pot roast.

Bradley has been in the HVAC industry for nearly 6 years and loves being part of Burnside’s team, valuing collaboration and expertise! Brad started his career in HVAC as an Installer, later moving up to his current role as technician. He chose this career because he enjoys helping people and making a difference in their homes. Outside of work, Bradley is a golf enthusiast, enjoys watching football and baseball, and loves spending time playing with his dogs. A burger is always his go-to, but he’s always open to trying something new!

Cole has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years and loves the hands-on learning that comes with every job. He chose this career to master a trade that keeps him active and engaged. Charismatic, selfless, and strong, Cole brings a positive attitude and team spirit to the Burnside crew. A fun fact about him is that he’s the only boy in his family! Outside of work, he enjoys playing cards and video games. His go-to meal? Chicken fried steak from City Limits.

Hector has been in the HVAC industry for 3 years! His favorite part about working at Burnside is the constant learning opportunities that help him grow in his trade. Determined as ever, Hector brings persistence and drive to the team. A fun fact about him - he’s left-handed! Outside of work, he enjoys playing games, boxing, and satisfying his love for sushi!

Junior enjoys being hands-on in his role as an Installer, where he gets to learn new things every day and work alongside a supportive team. With strong problem-solving skills and a drive to build a trade that will always be needed, he takes pride in the work he does. Hardworking, motivated, and disciplined, Junior also has a competitive edge - both on and off the job. For fun, he trains in MMA, works on his car, and watches anime. When it comes to food, BBQ and Mexican dishes are his favorites!

Hector has been in the HVAC industry for 2 years! As Install Lead, he brings a sense of humor and energy to every job. Outside of work, Hector is passionate about cars and trucks, and he loves hitting the track for some drag racing. His favorite food? Tacos, of course!

With two years in the HVAC industry, Fernando started out in the Install department, quickly moving up to Install Lead. His favorite part about Burnside is having the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while working alongside Burnside’s talented team. He chose a career in HVAC to master a trade and enjoys the challenges and growth it brings. Outside of work, Fernando spends his time with friends and loves outdoor activities like going off-roading. Known for his natural hardworking, creative, and patient wings, he’s also a big fan of the food itself - Pluckers is his go-to spot!

As Burnside’s Install Lead, Ronnie brings drive and energy to every project. Drawn to HVAC for the opportunities it could provide, he loves being part of the Burnside family. Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and enjoying his favorite foods - sushi and BBQ. He describes himself as fun and determined!

With 8 years of experience in the HVAC field, Domonick brings a wide range of technical skills and a great sense of humor. He enjoys fishing, working on electronic repairs, and testing out flight simulators. A proud parent of two, Domonick also has a quite interesting and unique background - he once auditioned for a children’s voice acting role in Stockholm, Sweden! When it comes to food, he never passes up hot pot or crab legs - yum!

With 30 years in plumbing, Chance values the positive, family-like culture at Burnside. Known for being neat, organized, and efficient, he enjoys the stability this career provides. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the lake, riding motorcycles, or spending time with his kids. Fun fact: he loves karaoke (paired with a classic hamburger, of course).

With 36 years in the HVAC industry, Tim Harcrow leads Burnside’s service team with expertise and heart. Inspired by family to pursue this career, he values the company’s strong family atmosphere most. Outside of work, Tim enjoys time on the lake, has a fun past as an actor, and never turns down a meal at Rick’s Chophouse. A fun fact about him is that he hasn’t missed a single day without watching an episode of Seinfeld!

As Burnside’s Warehouse Assistant for the past 2 years, Sean enjoys being part of a growing, stable field with plenty of opportunity. His favorite part about working at Burnside is the people he gets to work alongside every day. Outside of work, Sean is full of talents and interests - he once played college baseball and now spends his free time playing music, making movies, and working out. When it comes to food, nothing beats a good steak!

Wes has been in the HVAC industry for 10 years, drawn to the work because he loves the warehouse environment. He loves the culture and the people he gets to work with every day, here at Burnside. Adaptable, happy, and loyal, Wes brings a positive attitude to everything he does. Fun fact: he’s not a fan of hot weather, and when he’s not working, he’s… well, probably still working! When it comes to food, he’s all about classic American favorites - because who isn’t?!

Otilio has been with Burnside for 25 years, drawn to the work because it gives him the opportunity to help others. The honesty of the Burnside team and the convenience of working close to home is what puts a smile on his face every morning. Being a self proclaimed perfectionist, Otilio takes pride in doing things right and always learning from his experiences - fun fact: he embraces accountability as a way to grow as a person. When he’s not managing the warehouse, Otilio enjoys spending quality time with his family, enjoying delicious meals with chicken, salmon, and plenty of vegetables!

Abe has been with the Burnside family for 17 years and loves his role as a Comfort Advisor because it allows him to work as part of a team and care for customers. He enjoys talking to different people every day and making sure they feel comfortable and heard. Honest, kind, and always positive, Abe brings a great attitude to every interaction. English isn’t his first language, but his dedication and warmth shine through in every conversation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and traveling whenever he can. Alibaba is his favorite restaurant with a love for Mediterranean food.

Retha joined the team after retiring from a rewarding career in teaching. In her free time, Retha enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and traveling. Family is at the center of her life as she and her husband have a daughter, two grandsons, and two Weimaraner dogs - Beaux and Bella. A fun fact about her is that she once met Kevin Costner and has even been on his band’s bus! When it’s time to go out, her favorite restaurant is Mi Cocina.

Kevin brings 9 years of experience to the team. Known for being empathetic, kind, and a great listener, he makes it a priority to truly understand each customer’s needs. His approach ensures that his team feels heard, valued, and supported from start to finish. With his expertise and genuine care, Kevin helps create a smooth and trustworthy experience that reflects Burnside’s commitment to putting comfort first.

With over 24 years in the HVAC industry, Dean has built his career around helping people and mentoring the next generation of technicians. He’s passionate about finding new ways to support his team and provide the best possible outcomes for customers. Outside of work, Dean enjoys basketball, fishing, and spending time with his wife of 21 years and their two children. A lover of seafood, his go-to favorites are shrimp and crawfish!
